Where is Cladaura Fashion Demure located?
Our showroom is in West Legon, Accra, Ghana. We open for scheduled custom fittings and styling sessions Monday to Saturday.
Do you offer custom tailoring or haute couture?
Yes. Alongside our ready-to-wear collections, we specialise in high-end modest haute couture, tailored fits, and custom styling. You can book an appointment with our design specialists online.
What are your delivery fees and timelines?
Delivery is GH₵ 30 within Greater Accra (Accra / Tema) and GH₵ 70 to other regions, calculated at checkout. Ready-to-wear orders typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days in Greater Accra and 3 to 7 business days elsewhere. Custom couture items follow the timeline agreed during consultation.
Can I book a private fitting or consultation?
Absolutely. Private styling, design consultations, and fitting sessions can be booked directly through our scheduling interface. Once requested, our manager will reach out to confirm your slot.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges of ready-to-wear items in their original, unworn state with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Custom, made-to-measure, and haute couture pieces are final sale except where faulty. Approved refunds are issued via Paystack within 5 to 10 business days.
