These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cladaura Fashion Demure website and your purchase of any goods or services from us. Cladaura Fashion Demure ("Cladaura", "we", "us") is a modest fashion house based in West Legon, Accra, Ghana. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase. You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. We may require email verification before your account is activated.
2. Products, Pricing & Availability
All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated separately at checkout based on your region. We make every effort to display product colours, fabrics, and details accurately, but slight variation may occur due to screens and the handcrafted nature of our garments. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or discontinue any item without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely through Paystack, which supports mobile money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) and Visa or Mastercard cards. We do not store your card or mobile money credentials. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is confirmed only once payment is verified and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. Where we cancel a paid order, we will refund it in full.
4. Made-to-Measure, Haute Couture & Fittings
Consultations, fitting sessions, made-to-measure, and haute couture orders are produced specifically for you based on the measurements and specifications you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you supply. Production lead times are communicated per order. Because these pieces are bespoke, they are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund except where the item is faulty or does not match the agreed specification. Adjustment requests must be made within 7 days of a fitting session.
5. Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Delivery & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Cladaura name and logo, designs, photographs, graphics, and text — is owned by or licensed to Cladaura and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access to any user who breaches these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cladaura is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Please review this page periodically.
