1. Delivery Regions & Rates

We deliver to all major regions across Ghana. Delivery rates are computed automatically during checkout based on your region:

Greater Accra Local (Accra / Tema): GH₵ 30.00
Other Regional Capitals / Towns: GH₵ 70.00

2. Custom Haute Couture Timelines

Because our bespoke/haute couture lines are individually patterned and crafted at our Accra workshops, production times vary:

Standard Collection items: Shipped within 3–5 business days.
Bespoke / Couture adjustments: Ready within 10–14 business days after your confirmed fitting session.

3. Returns & Adjustments

Due to the custom-made nature of couture and modest wear, we do not accept general returns or refunds on custom tailored items. Sizing corrections can be requested at our workshop within 7 calendar days after delivery.
