This Privacy Policy explains how Cladaura Fashion Demure ("Cladaura", "we", "us"), based in West Legon, Accra, Ghana, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website or purchase from us. We handle your data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.

Account details: your name, email address, and password (stored securely in hashed form). You may also sign in with Google, in which case we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
Order details: your delivery recipient name, phone number, delivery address, region, and order history.
Payment details: payments are handled by Paystack. We receive confirmation of a transaction and a reference, but we do not collect or store your card or mobile money credentials.
Technical data: limited information such as your IP address, device, and browser, plus cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the site.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to process and deliver your orders, manage your account and sign-in, verify your email, send order confirmations and delivery updates, respond to your enquiries, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations. We will only send you marketing messages where you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the store, and only to the extent needed: Paystack (payment processing), our delivery partners (to fulfil your order), Cloudinary (image hosting), and our email and hosting providers. These providers may process data outside Ghana; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected. We may also disclose data where required by law.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your shopping bag, and secure the site. These are necessary for the site to function. Any non-essential analytics cookies, if introduced, will be used only with your consent.
